To enable the achievement of 3X growth in the company’s annual revenue, with 1/3rd of the revenue from recurring SaaS subscriptions by initiating global sales conversations with manufacturers who need to know how to detect and resolve the source of their bonding problem. Hourly Pay: $19 to $21

Outcomes:

  1. Perform inbound inspection and repair of all instruments returned for service upon receipt.
  2. Build all models of surface analyst, BC Mobile, and component assemblies to meet safety stock requirements as directed by supervisor.
  3. Troubleshoot instruments requiring repair.
  4. Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings across the building and repair process.
  5. Perform root cause analysis for failures and implement continuous improvement measures.
  6. Ensure targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards are fulfilled to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  7. Ensure full adherence to the QMS; zero audit non-compliances.

What will I be doing?

  • Become the technical expert for surface analyst assembly, BC Mobile assembly, and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Manufacture water cartridge assemblies to support sales, ensuring quality standards are met and safety stock is maintained
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve efficiencies across the Assembly and Repair process
  • Continually build skill level to become proficient in all model builds
  • Assess and communicate risks to management in a timely manner
  • Continually reviewing instrument and repair queues to ensure calibration pipeline is always filled
  • Self-motivating and self-managing in a fast paced, rapid growth business environment
  • Able to lead project components and achieve project goals
  • Ensuring projects align with annual and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Continuously challenging the status quo
