Responsibilities: 

-  Take the lead in prospecting and nurturing relationships with potential clients within the manufacturing sector where precision cleaning chemistry and adhesive application are used. 

-  Showcase the unique value proposition of Brighton Science solutions, including our revolutionary cloud-based BConnect solution, to address clients' specific needs and challenges effectively. 

-  Bring the company the market information to best understand how to meet customer needs in their vertical.  Collaborate closely with marketing and the product team to help the company to understand needs and bring our unique capabilities to centers of influence in the organizations we serve.  

-  Expand relationships with existing customers through effective account management for key clients

-  Utilize excellent communication skills, engaging product demonstrations, and relationship-building strategies to drive sales and foster long-term client partnerships. 

-  Meet and exceed sales targets to play a significant role in achieving company revenue objectives and market expansion. 

 

Requirements: 

  A minimum of 5 years of proven success in technical sales roles within technical or manufacturing-related fields involving precision cleaning. 

-   Strong knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly in areas such as bonding, painting, sealing, or coating. 

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for delivering persuasive presentations and product demonstrations. Knowledge of management practices to improve quality and reduce costs for manufacturing organizations is a plus. 

-  Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance targets. 

-  Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to a culture of innovation and growth.
